Kozeecub Easy Return Policy

At Kozeecub, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to make returns as easy and hassle-free as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward process to handle returns.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective).
  • Gift cards, health and personal care products, and intimate items.
  • Products showing signs of wear or missing original packaging/tags.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@kozeecub.com with your order details and return reason.
  2. Pickup Arrangement: Once approved, we will arrange a pickup within 3-5 business days.
  3. Inspection: After receiving the returned item, it will be inspected for eligibility.

Size-related Returns & Refunds:

  • If the item doesn’t fit, we offer a replacement (subject to availability).
  • If the required size is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
  • Items returned after 10 days from delivery.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
  • Refunds will exclude discounts, shipping costs, and other charges incurred at the time of purchase.
  • If the return doesn’t meet the criteria, we reserve the right to reject it.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received your refund within 5 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company (processing times vary).
  • If you still haven’t received it, contact us at support@kozeecub.com.

Exchanges:

For size or color exchanges, contact us at support@kozeecub.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost. 

Exchanged or Replaced products will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days.
